This petition has been filed for the following reliefs:

issuance
of
an
appropriate
writ(s),
order/orders,
direction/(s) in the nature of writ mandamus Directing and
commanding upon to the Respondent Authority to pay full and
final out standing dues of Honorium which is payable to the
petitioners for work discharge as non-formal education supervisor
at different places within district of Dumka with interest of @
18%.=

Learned counsel for the respondents Mr. Mihir Kunal Ekka
appears and he submits that the petitioners are seeking payment of

honorarium for the work which they have performed as non-formal
education supervisor at Dumka. He submits that as per the counter-
affidavit, the claim of the petitioners is not disputed, but he has
received proper instructions from the concerned authority that the
entire payment has already been released in favour of the petitioners
during the pendency of this case. He also submits that in view of the
fact that the payment has been released, the present case has become
infructuous and that is why the petitioners are not taking any interest
in the present case.

Learned counsel for the State of Bihar Mr. Purnendu Sharan is
also present. He supports the submissions of the other respondents.

Considering the aforesaid submissions made by the learned
counsel for the respondents, the present writ petition is accordingly
dismissed as infructuous.
