In the process of construction of the building under Building Plan No. 27828

dated 14.08.2010, petitioner committed deviation and submitted a revised plan

before the Committee for condonation, if permissible under the bye-laws. The site

was inspected by the Junior Engineer and deviations were pointed out to the

petitioner vide letter no. 81 dated 11.01.2016 (Annexure-2) issued by the
