The petitioner is an accused for the offence punishable under

sections 363, 364, 370, 371, 372/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that the petitioner has taken the daughter of the

informant along with others and sold them in Delhi. One of them,

namely, Anita Dhan returned and narrated to the informant that this

petitioner has sold the other girls in New Delhi.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is

absolutely innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case.

Addl. P.P. opposes the prayer for bail and submits that one girl

returned and informed the informant that his daughter has been sold

in New Delhi. On query, she fairly submits that in the entire case

diary there is no statement of Anita Dhan as the same was not

recorded by the police.
