Pursuant to the order dated 20.09.2022 notices were

issued to the petitioners. A service report has been received

indicating therein that petitioner nos. 2 and 4, namely- Dhiren

Gorain and Swapan Gorain have died and the notice has been

served upon the petitioner nos. 1, 3,5 and 6.

In view of the aforesaid fact, the instant application is

dismissed as abated against the petitioner nos. 2 and 4, namely-

Dhiren Gorain and Swapan Gorain.

This revision application is directed against the judgment

dated 28.05.2009, passed by learned Sessions Judge, Dhanbad,

in C
