Petitioner has approached this Court with a prayer for direction upon

the respondents to pay him the arrears of salary for the period between

25.09.2004 to 14.08.2012, while he was discharging the duties of Junior

Electrical Engineer under the respondents on officiating/ temporary/ ad-hoc basis

and accordingly, fix his pension and other consequential benefits.
