Heard learned counsel for the applicant and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

This bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant–Md. Imroj

Ansari @ Imroj Ansari with prayer to release on bail in connection with Namkum P.S. Case

No. 72 of 2021, registered under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the

court of the Judicial Magistrate, 1^st Class at Ranchi.

Learned Counsel for the applicant has submitted that the F.I.R. of this case

was lodged against two unknown persons in regard to loot of gold chain of the informant.

Learned Counsel for the applicant has submitted that the F.I.R. of this case

was lodged against unknown persons. No looted article was recovered from his

possession. T.I.P. was conducted but the applicant was not identified and the applicant

has been languishing in Jail since 01.04.2021.

No one appears on behalf of the State to oppose the bail application.

In view of the submissions made and materials on record, the bail

application of the applicant is hereby allowed. Let the applicant be released on bail on

furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/-(Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the

like amount to the satisfaction of the court concerned in aforesaid case.
