Heard, learned counsel for the appellant and learned counsel for the

respondents.

The appellant has preferred this appeal against the award dated

27.01.2017 passed by learned District Judge-XI-cum-MACT Judge, Dhanbad,

whereby the claimants namely, Sarita Devi, W/o Shukra Soren and Amita

Kumari, D/o Late Shukra Soren have been awarded compensation to the tune of

Rs.9,73,872/- within stipulated period with simple interest @ 6% per annum.
