The petitioner, who was contesting candidate in the

election held for the post of Panchayat Samiti of Budhudih Panchayat,

Jamtara, has filed the present writ petition seeking re-election at

booth no. 217 of the said panchayat, particularly because 36 votes

have been declared invalid due to which he has lost the said election

by 4 votes.
