Heard the parties through video conferencing.

Apprehending his arrest, the petitioner has moved this Court

for grant of privilege of anticipatory bail in connection with NCB

Case No.01 of 2020 registered under sections 8(C)/18(b)/25/29 of

the N.D.P.S. Act.

The Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the upon

receipt of specific information by the intelligence Officer of Narcotics

Control Bureau the co-accused persons namely Md. Naushad and

Ashwini Kumar were apprehended while carrying 2.9 Kg of opium

which was in commercial quantity. It is next submitted that the co-
