This petition has been heard through Video Conferencing in

view of the guidelines of the High Court taking into account the situation

arising due to COVID-19 pandemic.

I.A. No.4166 of 2021 has been filed for withdrawal of the

instant Cr.M.P. stating therein that the petitioners have already

challenged the order dated 08.04.2021 passed in G.R.Case No.37 of 2021

arising out of Dumri P.S.Case No.122 of 2020 passed by learned Judicial

Magistrate, 1^st Class, Giridih before the learned Principal District and

Sessions Judge, Giridih in Ciminal Revision No.35 of 2021 and therefore

the petitioners want to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to

challenge the same if so advised/required after disposal of the Criminal

Revision No.35 of 2021.

In view of the prayer made in the I.A., permission is

accorded.

I.A. No.4166 of 2021 stands allowed and disposed of.

The instant petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the

aforesaid liberty.
