After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr. Krishna

Murari assisted by learned counsel, Mr. Raj Vardhan seeks permission to withdraw

the writ petition so as to approach the respondent no.2 (The Principal Secretary,

Social Welfare, Women & Children Development Department, Government of

Jharkhand) for reconsideration of the matter.

Learned counsel for the respondents-State, Mr. Mukul Kumar Singh, AC

to G.P.-III has no objection and submitted, that a reasoned order has been passed by

the Principal Secretary, Social Welfare, Women & Children Development

Department, Government of Jharkhand.

Accordingly, the instant Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
