The anticipatory bail application filed on behalf of petitioner, namely,

Mukesh Kumar, who is apprehending his arrest in connection with Mandu PS

Case No. 28 of 2022 for the offence registered under Sections 414 and 34 of the

Indian Penal Code and Section 30(ii) of the Coal Mines Act, pending in the

Court of learned A.C.J.M., Ramgarh is pressed into motion.

Heard the parties.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that he had

taken the vehicle on hier from its owner and 25.2 metric ton coal was seized

from the vehicle. It is further submitted that the coal was being transported

under the valid paper but
