Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that defect

no.9 (i) i.e. P.O. name of the petitioner in page -1 and vak. differs,

9(iii) i.e. Multiple pagination in Annex.-1 may be deleted and 9(v)

i.e. U/s of chargesheet in para-1 may be verified / corrected, as per

Stamp Reporting dated 03.08.2021, have not been removed, which

he undertakes to remove within 30 days from today and prayed that

the bail application may be heard, as it is regular bail application of

the petitioner, who is in custody since 25.02.2021.

Considering the same, this Court is inclined to hear the instant

bail application on merits, but with condition that petitioner shall

remove the def
