This bail application is on behalf of applicant Sukhram

Munda @ Tupun with a prayer to release him on bail in case crime

being Murhu P.S. Case No. 105 of 2020, corresponding to G.R. No.

04 of 2021 & Sessions Trial No. 31 of 2021 (District- Khunti),

registered for the offence under Sections 343/376(D)/506 of the

Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that the

First Information Report of this case was lodged by the victim herself

in regard to committing rape by four accused persons and the

brother of her aunt. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted

that the name of the applicant is not figured in the First Information

Report and even the victim in her statement under Section 164

Cr.P.C. has not
