Heard the parties through video conferencing.

Apprehending their arrest, the petitioners have moved this

Court for grant of privilege of anticipatory bail in connection with

Jasidih P.S. Case No.104 of 2014 (G.R. No. 614 of 2014) registered

under sections 379/511 of the Indian Penal Code, under section

15(2)/15(4) of Petroleum and Minerals Pipelines Act, under section

3/4 of Explosive Substance Act, 1908 and under section 3/4 of the

Prevention of Damage to Public Property Act, 1984.

The Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the

allegation against the petitioners is that the petitioners damaged the
