The petitioner is an accused in connection with Adityapur P.S. Case No.73 of

2021, corresponding to NDPS Case No.19 of 2021, registered for the offence under

Sections 17/21 (b)/25 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

It is submitted that the petitioner is innocent. It is submitted that small quantity

of 3.490 gram of brown sugar has been recovered from this petitioner which is a small

quanity. It is submitted that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in

custody since 03.03.2021 and hence, he may be enlarged on b
