Heard, learned counsel for the parties.

Petitioners- 1.Bijay Kumar Singh, 2.Ram Prawesh Singh, 3. Kalawati Devi,

4.Ram Chandra Singh, 5.Kaushal Kumar Gupta, 6.LalJhari Devi, 7.Lal Muni

Devi, 8.C.S. Tiwari, 9.Gayitri Devi and 10.B.B. Srivastava have preferred the writ

petition for quashing the order dated 16.11.2010, passed by Commissioner, South

Chotanagpur Division, Ranchi in Misc. Appeal No.43 of 2009 whereby the appeal

filed by the petitioners against the order of D.C.L.R., Ranchi in Misc. Case No.14

of 2007-2008 has been dismissed.
