So far as the defects are concerned, learned counsel for the petitioner

undertakes to remove the same as pointed out by the office.

The petitioner is an accused in connection with Sarawan P.S. Case

No.96/2009, corresponding to G.R. Case No.675 of 2009 registered for the

offence under Sections 394 of the Indian Penal Code.

Heard Mr. Arvind Kumar Choudhary, learned counsel for the

petitioner and Mrs. Nehala Sharmin, learned counsel for the State.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the

petitioner is innocent. It has been submitted that co-accused pe
