Heard learned counsel for the parties. The lawyers have no objection with regard

to the proceeding, which has been held through video conferencing today at 11.00 A.M.

They have no complaint in respect to the audio and video clarity and quality.

The petitioner is an accused for allegedly committing an offence punishable under

Sections 376 of the I.P.C read with Section 8 of the POCSO Act.

Prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected on 16.08.2018.

Petitioner renews his prayer for bail on the ground of custody and delay in

progress of trial. Petitioner is in custody since 06.04.2018 and from the report of which

District Additional Sessions Judge 1st, Seraikella, it is clear that none of the
