Heard learned counsel for the parties.

It is alleged in the written report that the informant was forcibly

kidnapped by the petitioners and compelled to sign on certain papers with

instruction to get the case settled which has been lodged against his brother by

the daughter of petitioner no.1. Not only inhuman behaviour was done by the

accused persons but they also assaulted the informant and took away cash and

wrist watch from his possession.
