The petitioner being aggrieved with the order dated 16.10.2015 passed in

R.C.No.10A of 2011(R) by which warrant of arrest non-bailable has been ordered

to be issued, has filed this application for quashing of the said order on the ground

that the manner in which warrant of arrest has been issued it infringes right of

personal liberty of the petitioner.

Issuance of non-bailable warrant in the first instance without using the

other tools of summons and bailable warrant to secure attendance of such a

person impairs the personal l
