Defect No. 9 (i), as pointed out by the office, is ignored.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Kotalpokhar P.S.

Case No. 78 of 2019, G.R. No. 2644 of 2019.

The prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected by this

Court in A.B.A. No. 3370 of 2020 vide order dated 9.9.2020.

It has been submitted by Mr. Indrajit Sinha, learned counsel for the petitioner,

that the petitioner was merely the administrator of the WhatSapp Group and from the

FIR it is not clear as to who had posted the supposedly objectionable posts. Mr. Sinha

has referred in support of his contention to an order passed by the Madras High Court

in the case of R. Rajendran Vs. the Inspector of Police, Thanthonimalal, Karur and
