Heard the parties.

The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with

Poraiyahat P.S. Case No. 104 of 2019.

The informant was subjected to rape by the petitioner which was

supported by the victim in her statement recorded under Section 164

Cr.P.C.

Although, learned counsel for the petitioner has stated that the

petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case as would be apparent

from the fact that the informant had refused to get her medical

examination done, but in view of her statement recorded under Section

164 Cr.P.C., I am not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail

to the petitioner.

Accordingly, this application stands rejected.
