Heard, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr. Peeyush

Chiteresh.

Petitioner has preferred this writ petition for quashing the

order dated 16.03.2012, passed by Principal Secretary, Department

of Labour, Employment, Training and Skill Development,

Government of Jharkhand, whereby the application of the petitioner

for grant of exemption under Section 87 of the Employees’ State

Insurance Act has been rejected.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted, that an

application has been filed under Section 87 of the Employees’ State

Insurance Act, 1948 before the competent authority
