Heard Mr. Indrajit Sinha, learned counsel appearing for the

petitioner and Mr. Sanjay Kumar Srivastava, learned A.P.P., for the

In this application the petitioner has prayed for quashing of the

order dated 21.03.2016 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st
