Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Petitioner is an accused in a case registered for the offences

punishable under Sections 414 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been

falsely implicated in the present case and has not committed any offence as

alleged. The petitioner has not been named in the F.I.R. and has no concern

with the stolen motorcycle. Nothing has been recovered from the possession

of the petitioner. It is alleged that the petitioner along with other co-accused

persons have stolen the motorcycle of the informant and by making forged

documents, they sold the said motorcycle. Subsequently, the said motorcycle

was recovered from the DVC Premises. One co-accused namely Chandan
