Learned counsel for the appellant vehemently submitted that this First
Appeal has been preferred against the order passed by the learned Principal
District Judge-cum-Principal Judge, Family Court, Lohardaga in Guardianship
Case No. 03 of 2008, whereby, an application preferred by this appellant under
Hindu Minority and Guardianship Act, 1956 to be read with The Guardians and
Wards Act, 1890 was dismissed. It is further submitted by the learned counsel
