floated by BCCL.

Mr. Rajesh Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner

submits that in view of their own circular petitioner applied for appointment

but though the same was recommended but still no order has been passed.

At the very outset, Mr. Shivam Utkarsh Sahay, learned counsel

appearing for the respondent-BCCL very fairly submits that scheme itself

has been held to be ultra-virus and the same has been affirmed upto the

Hon’ble Apex Court and the review petition has also been dismissed.
