Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned

A.P.P. for the State.

In this application, the petitioner has challenged the order

dated 11.07.2019 passed by the Principal Judge, Family Court, Bokaro in

Original Maintenance Case No.84 of 2018 by which the maintainance has

been fixed at the rate of Rs.8,000/- (Rupees Eight Thousand) per month.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got

no fixed income, rather he is astrologer and also performs puja and other

religious rituals. She submits that the amount of maintenance is exorbitant.

She also submits that identity of the lady is also disputed.
