Apprehending his arrest in connection with Complain Case No.58 of 2019

instituted under Sections 33 of the Indian Forest Act, 1927 & Bihar Amendment

Act, 1989 (Section 9 of Bihar Amendment Act, 1990) and Section 1 of Sub-Section

3, the petitioner has moved this Court for grant of privileges of anticipatory bail.

Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned A.P.P

appearing for the State.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the allegation

against the petitioner is that the petitioner has encroached upon the forest land

and constructed there a mud house. It is submitted that the allegation against

the petitioner is false. It is next submitted that the p
