The present writ petition has been filed for issuance of

direction upon the respondents to forthwith stop construction of

concrete road in the private land belonging to the petitioner at Mouza-

Mesra, Revenue Thana No. 169, corresponding to Khata No. 8 bearing

Plot Nos. 381 and 382 and further corresponding to Khata No. 2

bearing Plot No. 389, as the said construction is being carried out in an

illegal manner without initiating any proceeding for land acquisition

over the said private land of the petitioner. A further prayer has been

made for calling upon the respondents to show cause as to how the

sanction of construction of the concrete road on
