Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.P.P. for the

State.

This bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant–

Sakuna Devi with prayer to release on bail in connection with S.T. Case No.171

of 2021 under Section 306/34 of the Indian Penal Code pending in the court of

learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Giridih.

Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that the F.I.R. of

this case was lodged by the informant in regard to murder of his wife by the

three named accused persons including the applicant, on the issue of family

dispute by administering her with poison. Learned counsel for the applicant has

further submitted that as per F.I.R. version, the eye-witness of the occurrence

is the daughter
