Heard the Parties.

Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection

with Narayanpur P.S. Case No. 92 of 2022 for the offences

registered under Sections 147/ 148/ 149/ 341/ 323/ 325/

307/ 379 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of

learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamtara.

It appears that on 30.07.2022 at about 6:00 am., the

petitioners alongwith other co-accused persons stopped the

informant from declogging his drain, when the informant

protested, petitioner No.2 namely Prem Chandra Mandal @

Prem Chandra Mondal and Petitioner No.3 namely Krishna

Kumar Mandal @ Krishna Mondal assaulted the informant
