Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is an accused in connection with Sukhdeonagar P.S Case No.411 of

2021 for the offence registered under Sections 143, 188, 290, 308, and 506 of the Indian

Penal Code.

It is submitted that the petitioners had organized a party on 17.10.2021 and the

allegation against them is that they had fired in Air, violating the State-Guidelines of Covid-

19 and the video was circulated in social media and in which, the petitioners along with

others were shown as firing. It is submitted that the petitioners have got bonafide and valid

licence of the Arms in question which were seized by the police and no persons was

injured. It is further submitted that co-accused person namely, Prabhakar Choubey @

Mintu Choubey has been granted Anticipatory Bail by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court

in A.B.A No.9465 of 2021 vide order dated 20.12.2021. It is submitted that the petitioners

are in custody since 27.10.201 and hence, they may be enlarged on bail.

Learned counsel appearing for the State has opposed the prayer for bail and has

further submitted that arms were recovered from the possession of the petitioners and the

petitioners had made firing during Covid-19.

Perused the F.I.R and the impugned order passed by the learned Court below.

It appears that the petitioners had made firing in the Air and the video circulated in

social media, in which, the petitioners along with others were shown firing in a party.

Considering the period of custody of the petitioners, the petitioners, Vikas Kumar

@ Vikash Kumar and Ashutosh Kumar @ Sonu Verma, are directed to be released on bail

on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of

the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri. Rakesh Ranjan, Judicial Magistrate-III,

Ranchi in connection with Sukhdeonagar P.S Case No.411 of 2021, subject to the condition

that one of the bailors must be own relative of each of the petitioners and the petitioners

must appear on the date of framing of charges in the learned Court below.
