Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.P.P. for the State.

This bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant–Basant Oraon

with prayer to release on bail in connection with Ghaghra P.S. Case No. 83 of 2021,

corresponding to S.T. No. 39 of 2022, registered under Sections 302/34/379 and 460 of

the Indian Penal Code but the charge has been framed under Sections

302/435/394/460/34/412 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of the Sessions

Judge-IV, Gumla.
