Defects, as pointed out by the office, are ignored.

The petitioner is an accused in connection with Sessions Trial Case No.

04 of 2020 arising out of Chandwa P.S. Case No. 118 of 2019.

The prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected twice in B.A. No.

10799 of 2019 and in B.A. No. 1473 of 2021.

In B.A. No. 1473 of 2021, a liberty was given to the petitioner to renew his

prayer for bail if the trial is not concluded within a period of eight months.

It has been submitted by the learned senior counsel for the petitioner that

out of ten chargesheeted witnesses, five witnesses have been examined.
