Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioner has been made an accused in connection with Baharagora P.S. Case

No. 36 of 2016, corresponding to G.R. No. 250 of 2016 for the offence under sections 420,

467, 471, 406, 468, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Referring to annexure-2 of this application, learned counsel for the petitioner has

submitted that as per order dated 23.12.2015 passed by Special Division Bench comprising

of Hon’ble Justice Manjula Chellur and Hon’ble Justice Joymalya Bagchi of Hon’ble

Calcutta High Court in MAT No. 559 of 2015, the title deeds of MPS Greenery Developers

Limited and Groups have been furnished to One-man Committee to be headed by Hon’ble

Sailendra Prasad Talukdar former Judge of Calcutta High Court for the purpose of

disposing
