Present application has been filed under sections 438

and 440 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking anticipatory bail as

the petitioner has a reasonable apprehension of his arrest in connection

with Ramgarh P.S Case No. 291 of 2017 corresponding to G.R No. 935

of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under section 420 of the

Indian Penal Code and under section 18(c),22(cca),27b(ii),22(3) of Drug

and Cosmetic Act now pending in the court CJM Ramgarh.
