The lawyers have no objection with regard to the proceeding,

which has been held through Video Conferencing today at 10.30 a.m. They

have no complaint in respect to the audio and video clarity and quality.

Petitioner is praying for grant of bail as he is in custody for

allegedly committing offence punishable under Sections 366(A), 376 and 504

of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 4/6 of the Protection of Children from

Sexual Offences Act, in connection with Tisra Police Station Case No. 21 of

2021 corresponding to Special POCSO Case No.44 of 2021, pending in the

Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge IX-cum-Special Judge, POCSO,

Dhanbad.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for

the State and have also gone through the impugned order.
