The matter was taken up through Video Conferencing. Learned counsel for

the parties had no objection with it and submitted that the audio and video

qualities are good.

Learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes to remove the

defect as pointed out by the office in due course.

Heard the Parties.

Petitioner has been made an accused in connection with POCSO

Case No. 08/2016, arising out of Chitra P.S. Case No. 02/2016, registered

under Section 366A of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the POCSO Act,

pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-III, Deoghar.

It is a case of misuse of privilege of bail by the petitioner for

about 2 years and 3 months. It was submitted that the petitioner had gone to

earn his livlihood.
