The matter was taken up through Video Conferencing. Learned counsel for

the parties had no objections with it and submitted that the audio and video

qualities are good.

The instant criminal revision application has been filed against the

impugned judgement dated 01.10.2019 passed by the learned Additional

Sessions Judge-III, Deoghar in Criminal Appeal No.44 of 2019 whereby and

whereunder the order dated 28.12.2018 passed by the learned Sub-Divisional

Magistrate, Deoghar in Criminal Miscellaneous Case No.239 of 2018 by

which the petitioners were directed to furnish bond amounting to Rs.1,000/-

each for a period of one year for breach of peace between the parties under

Section 107 of the Cr.P.C.

2.

It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the revisionist that the

period of bond has already expired. Thus, the case has become infructuous

by the efflux of time.

In view of above submission, the present criminal revision application

being Criminal Revision No.1491 of 2019 stands disposed of.
