Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.P.P. for the

State.

This bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant–

Bonifas Kandir with prayer to release on bail in connection with Murhu P.S. Case

No. 81 of 2021, corresponding to G.R. Case No. 613 of 2021, registered under

Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section ¾ of Prevention of

Witch (Daain) Practice Act, pending in the court of the Sub-Divisional Judicial

Magistrate, Khunti.

Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that the F.I.R. of

this case was lodged by the informant against Josef Kandir with these
