Heard, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel

for the State.

The petitioner has renewed his prayer of regular bail in connection with

Sadar P.S. Case No.41 of 2018, corresponding to G.R. Case No.290 of 2018, for

the offence registered under Sections 8,18,22 and 31 of the Narcotic Drugs and

Psychotropic Substances Act and Section 33 of the Indian Forest Act, pending in

the Court of learned Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge(NDPS), Chatra as

NDPS Case No.07 of 2019.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that other co-accused

namely, Rajesh Ganjhu, Krishna Ganjhu and Raju Ganjhu in B.A. No.3884 of

2018, Prem Ganjhu in B.A. No.9089 of 2018,
