This Civil Review application has been filed to recall the order dated

25.11.2022 disposing WPS No. 5439 of 2022 on the ground that there is

provision of alternative remedy as per the Armed Forces Tribunal Act, 2007, but

on the fact of this case in view of Section 3(O) of the Act, the said remedy will

not be applicable in the case of the petitioner and the filing of petition under

Article 226 of the Constitution is the only remedy.
