The matter has been heard through video conferencing.

I.A. No. 1964 of 2021

The instant Interlocutory Application has been filed for

amending the cause title of the contempt petition in view of

defects pointed out by the office.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that

inadvertently ‘The State of Jharkhand’ could not be added as

party-Opp. Party in the instant petition and if the amendment,

description of which has been made at paragraph 4 of the

instant Interlocutory Application, is not allowed the petitioner

shall suffer irreparable loss.

Learned counsel for the Opp. Party did not oppose the

prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner.

In view of the submissions advanced by learned counsel

for the parties, the amendment sought for is allowed.

For Covid-19 Pandemic, since there is less movement of

members of learned Bar, as such Office is directed to make

necessary correction in the cause title of memo of contempt

petition.

Accordingly, I.A. No. 1964 of 2021 stands disposed of.

Cont. Case (Civil) No. 1237 of 2019

The instant contempt petition has been filed for alleged

non-compliance of order dated 26.06.2019 passed in W.P.(C) No.

4860 of 2017.

Mr. Sudhir Kumar, learned counsel for the Opp. Party-

Union of India submits that the order passed by this Court,

pertaining to disbursement and payment of admitted dues of the

petitioner, has already been complied with.

Mr. SubhamSahay, A.C. to learned Mr. A.K. Das,

learned counsel for the petitioner, on instruction from his client,

has not refuted the submission advanced by learned counsel for

the Opp. Parties.

In view of such submission nothing survives in this

contempt petition.

In view thereof, the contempt petition is dismissed.

Accordingly, the contempt petition stands disposed of.
