In this petition, the petitioners have prayed for a direction to the

respondents to take appropriate steps for enforcement and implementation of

the J&K Ministerial Officials of Subordinate Courts (Recruitment &

Conditions of Service), Rules, 2002.

Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the Draft Rules have

now been replaced by the Regular Recruitment Rules, therefore, the grievance

projected by the petitioners does not survive.

In view of the submissions made by learned counsel for the respondents,

dismissed along with connected CM(s).
