Statement of facts has been filed wherein the respondents have taken a

stand that though the impugned order dated 11^th June 2018 was stayed by

this Court on 12^th July 2018, but the petitioner has not reported for duties

and has remained unauthorizedly absent. This plea of the petitioner has been

contested by the respondents.

Be that as it may, in the given facts and circumstances, it is provided

that the petitioner shall report to Executive Engineer, Electric Project

Division, PDC Kargil for duties. On the petitioner so presenting himself for

duties, the Executive Engineer shall allow him to join and perform his

duties. He shall also be paid the wages for the period he renders his services.

In view of the aforesaid, the contempt petition is disposed of leaving it

open to the petitioner to come again to this court in case the order passed by

this court still remains unimplemented.

Disposed of.
