Learned counsel for the parties clearly state that the case set up by the

petitioners in these petitions is similar to the one that was set up later

by the petitioners in SWP No. 577/2019, which came to be disposed of

by a Bench of this Court vide Judgment dated 20th May, 2019. Learned

counsel appearing for the parties submit that the Judgment passed in the

aforesaid case applies on all fours to the writ petitions in hand and,

therefore, may be disposed of in terms of the Judgment passed in the

aforesaid writ petition.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record, I

am of view that in view of the similarity of the facts and claim projected

in these petitions as well as in the writ petition being SWP No.

577/2019, these writ petitions are disposed of in terms of the Judgment

dated 20th May, 2019, passed in SWP No. 577/2019 and the respondents

are directed to consider the case of the petitioners for regularization in

tune with the mandate of scheme notified vide Notification No. 3 of

2018 dated 20th July, 2018. The consideration shall be effected and

decision taken within four weeks from the date

certified copy of this Order is furnished to the respondents. The

petitioners, if in position, shall not be disturbed till the decision, as

directed, is taken.

Disposed of along with connected IA(s) in the aforesaid terms.
