Today, when this matter came up for consideration, the learned

appearing Counsel for the appellant, at the outset, submitted that the subject

matter of the Letters Patent Appeal is the Order dated 4^th of October, 2018

passed by the learned Single Judge in Writ Petition bearing OWP No.

1885/2018, which Writ Petition stands subsequently withdrawn in terms of

Order that 29^th of July, 2019. In that view of the matter, this appeal has

turned infructuous and shall stand dismissed as such, along with any

pending CM therewith. Interim direction(s), if any subsisting as on date,

shall stand vacated.
