ORDER

Petitioners have initiated contempt proceedings against the

respondents for disobedience of directions of this Court passed in Cr. M.

A No 127/2012, in Criminal Appeal No. 47/2011.

Notice in this petition was issued on 17.04.2013, thereafter, there

was no appearance on behalf of the parties on 17.06.2020, 20.07.2020,

17.09.2020, 17.12.2020 and 11.02.2021. Today also, no one has put in

appearance on behalf of the petitioner. It seems that the petitioners have

lost interest in pursuing the present petition.

Accordingly, this petition alongwith connected application(s) is

dismissed in default of appearance and for non-prosecution.
